BusinessHub manual
Super App, providers and delivery operations
Operate food delivery, grocery, taxi, home services, providers, drivers, payments and customer tracking.
Administrator activation
The Super App is disabled by default. A platform administrator enables it for a specific company after readiness review. A company owner or employee cannot activate it.
Providers and offerings
Submit provider information and documents, review and approve eligible providers, then create active offerings with server-controlled pricing units and prices.
Orders and bookings
Customers can use the public company storefront for food, grocery, taxi, delivery or home-service requests. BusinessHub calculates totals on the server and creates a private tracking link.
Drivers and dispatch
Link authorised drivers, record vehicle details and assign confirmed work. Drivers see only their own assignments and move them through permitted statuses.
Customer payments and tracking
Customer payments use a separate marketplace payment flow from company subscription billing. References, amounts and currency are verified before payment status changes.
Feedback, complaints and payouts
Verified completed orders can receive reviews. Authorised staff manage complaint cases and provider payouts with reasons, approvals, audit history and duplicate-reference protection.
