Create products
Add a clear product name, SKU, unit, selling price and inventory settings. Use variants for attributes such as size, colour or storage capacity.

Record a purchase
Choose the supplier and receiving warehouse, enter quantities and costs, review totals, then post the purchase to update stock.

Transfer stock
Create a transfer between authorised warehouses. Follow approval, dispatch and receipt steps so stock is never counted in two places.

Count and reconcile
Use stocktakes to capture counted quantities. Review discrepancies and obtain approval before posting adjustments.
