Accounts and business workspaces
Register, verify your email and create an isolated workspace for any business type. Choose a specialised category or Other and record the exact type. Ghana defaults are available but currency, timezone and regional settings remain configurable.
Subscriptions and Paystack billing
Start a trial, compare plans and entitlements, apply eligible coupons, pay monthly or annually, renew safely and view invoices or receipts. Grace, read-only and expiry rules protect business data while limiting operations until reactivation.
Setup and onboarding
Complete the profile, regional information, branches, warehouses, registers, payment methods, tax, receipts, sales, inventory, credit, approvals and branding. The onboarding checklist preserves progress between sessions.
People, roles and locations
Invite employees with expiring secure links, assign roles and permitted branches, restrict registers, deactivate access and protect the final business owner. Plan limits are enforced before records are created.
Products, suppliers and inventory
Manage categories, brands, units, products, variants and suppliers. Record purchasing, receiving, warehouse balances, transfers, stocktakes and approved adjustments with server-side quantities and audit history.
Point of sale and customers
Open cashier shifts, build baskets, search or scan products, select customers, process retail, wholesale or credit sales, enforce discounts and approvals, accept configured or split payments, and issue server-generated receipts. Returns, balances and customer payments preserve the financial trail.
Gym and laundry businesses
Gyms can configure plans, activate memberships, record payments, enforce dates or visit limits and check members in. Laundries can configure service prices, inspect garment condition, progress orders through controlled statuses, record partial payments and require full payment before collection. Combined businesses receive both workspaces.
Reports and analytics
Use date and branch filters to review sales, payments, discounts, tax, returns, stock value, movement, product performance and customer balances. Authorised exports and scheduled reports remain tenant isolated.
PWA, offline work and notifications
Install BusinessHub on supported devices, register authorised devices and use permitted offline workflows within configured limits. Pending records synchronise when connectivity returns. Email, in-app and future-channel delivery records support operational notifications.
Help and AI assistance
Search role-based manuals or ask the tenant-aware support assistant about application procedures. Never enter passwords, secret keys, full card details or sensitive authorization data into support questions.
Platform administration and operations
Authorised platform administrators and developers can support businesses, manage billing, reconcile payments, review analytics and webhooks, monitor health and follow documented backup, queue, scheduler and deployment procedures. Access requires verified accounts and recent password confirmation.
Core security rules
BusinessHub validates permissions and tenant ownership on the server, calculates authoritative totals server-side, uses unique references and database transactions, verifies Paystack webhooks, records audit history and never automatically deletes business data merely because a subscription expires.
